- Removed pop-ups from tooltips for a smoother experience.

Collapsible Resource Generation Facilities:
All resource generation facilities now feature collapsible interfaces activated by their titles, streamlining the command center's layout on both web and mobile. Players can independently manage Upgrade and Resource Management for each facility with ease.
Streamlined Factories:
Factories can now be collapsed by clicking their titles, creating a cleaner and more organized interface. Commanders can independently toggle between the Management, Resource Management, and Upgrade sections for optimal production control.
Civilian Building Optimization:
Civilian structures now feature collapsible titles, allowing commanders to toggle the Management and Upgrade sections independently, further refining the UI for efficient navigation through the cosmos.
